In this role you will:
Visit job sites to repair and replace window and door products
Provide installation and service expertise for dealers and home owners
Partner with Loewen Customer Service Advisors, providing technical support and suggested product improvements
Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis
Schedule and coordinate travel and accommodations when required

To be successful in this role you will have:
Technical literacy to interpret window, door, and construction drawings and instructions
Passionate about problem solving, with the goal of a completely satisfied customer
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Must be safety minded and detail oriented
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel
