- Manage relationships with MGAs and Advisors in the GTA territory
- Achieve sales targets for Segregated Funds and Annuity products
- Introduce Equitable's investment products to new Advisors
- Build relationships with producers through seminars and joint fieldwork
- Present to groups of Advisors
- Offer training on products and marketing concepts to Advisors
- Travel within the territory to meet with clients and nurture relationships
- 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preferred background in marketing to Independent Advisors
- Demonstrated success in sales and sales management
- Preferably holds CFP, CLU, CHFC, TEP designations
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Business degree from a University or College is a plus
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Position Title: Director, Investment Sales
Reports To: Vice President National Investment Sales
Department: Savings and Retirement (S&R)
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Work Arrangements:
You will be working full-time from your home office. Occasional in-person visits to our Waterloo, ON office or other locations within the Waterloo Region may be required. Some travel may be necessary for sales roles.
The Opportunity: As the Director of Investment Sales, you play a crucial role in our Savings & Retirement division. Your responsibilities include developing business and managing key relationships in the GTA Area with MGAs, AGAs, and Advisors. This involves providing expertise in sales, products, and marketing to drive sales of Equitable's Segregated Fund and Annuity products.
