Job Information:

Located in Yellowknife and reporting to the Senior Analyst, Medical Travel (MT), this position is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the delivery of the GNWT Medical Travel Program to residents of the NWT.

The Analyst, MT also provides advice and makes recommendations on matters related to the design, delivery and utilization of in-territory and out-of-territory medical travel.

The Analyst, MT is responsible to assist and conduct analysis, preparation, monitoring and reporting of the Medical Travel budget, which includes reviewing, projecting and recommending expenditure and revenue resources, and reconciling monthly reports to ensure all transactions are recorded properly.

Typically, the above qualifications are attained by:

Completion of a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other similar degree program, combined with two years of broadly based practical experience in a financial or data reporting environment.
