Reporting to the Electrical & BAS Division Operations Manager, the Electrical and BAS Administrator is responsible for the administrative support of the Electrical and BAS Division's documentation related to day-to-day operations.

Administrator Job Duties Include:

Set up projects and work orders in CRM and Procore
Create purchase orders and process project and work order billing using CRM
Create service activities for the field staff and ensure timely updates
Verify that the actual hours reported correspond with expected hours; investigate disrepencies
Work with AR and AP Departments to facilitate invoicing
Assist Project Managers and support the field team by developing, preparing, cataloging, and maintaining documentation such as safety binders, tool audits, vendor lists, and other applicable documentation
Assist and minute field and office staff meetings
Help compile information from subtrades for billing preparation
Be equipped to assist the Division Manager in ensuring objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy
