Responsibilities:


  • Coalesce and align technical roadmaps with business goals, developing a holistic strategy that encompasses short, medium, and longterm objectives.
  • Establish clear communication with business leaders that showcases an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Craft and execute robust strategies to enhance partnerships and external collaborations, expand technology platform capabilities, and foster strong industry relationships. Take a proactive approach to identifying synergistic opportunities, negotiating partnership terms, and leveraging external expertise to drive technological innovation and market expansion.
  • Collaboratively define and continually refine the longterm technical vision and principles that accommodate evolving business needs and technological advancements. This vision should cultivate domainteam autonomy while ensuring alignment across the company.
  • Continually assess current technology stacks, identify architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, or resilience issues, and propose strategic, longterm solutions
  • Facilitate technical discussions between teams to ensure localized decisions are aligned with the global architectural strategy. Arbitrate disagreements, ensuring decisions do not favor one faction but benefit the enterprise as a whole.
  • Conduct due diligence on emerging technologies, advocating for those that truly align with business needs and architectural vision. Anticipate the technology's impact, and prepare the ground for its integration without disrupting current operations.
  • Devise staged architectural evolution plans that are informed by business continuity and potential for disruption. This involves careful impact analysis, dependency mapping, and phased implementation strategies.
  • Strategic Systems Enhancement: Proactively augments system capabilities and anticipates technological pivots, ensuring seamless scalability and robust performance.
  • Provide both formal and informal leadership and management to inspire, drive, and deliver to agreed to objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders and technical teams to balance shortterm needs with longterm strategic goals and make informed choices about technical tradeoffs

  • Industry Recognized Visionary Technology Leader. Exceptional capacity to envision and integrate technological advancements with overarching business goals, steering multifaceted teams toward a harmonized strategic architecture.
  • Proven Track Record of

Delivering Products:
Demonstrated integral experience in successfully leading the end-to-end design, development, and launch of scalable software products, with a portfolio of past projects to show.
  • Proven Track Record of
scaling up a company from a technology standpoint.- Hands-

On Technical Involvement:

Dedication to a leadership role that includes direct engagement in any and all aspects of the product development lifecycle as needed.

This may include activities such as system architecture, and architectural design, coding, test automation and deployment to ensure a cohesive approach to technology development.

Experience with AI/ML latest technologies and best practices
