Business Intelligence Analyst (ERP)

Reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and Reporting.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the team on all ERP and business intelligence-related matters, including new ERP implementation support, data analysis, and technical support.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Education

  • Postsecondary education in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Accounting, Finance or related studies.
Years of Experiences

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BI/ERP.
Working Conditions

  • Hours of Operation: 8:30 am 5:00 pm.
Intermediate Level

  • Working Experience with ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft D365);
  • Working Experience in Supply Chain Management;
  • Knowledge of MRP systems is an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, Excel, Macros, and SharePoint);
  • Advanced level in SQL Queries (Views, Stored Procedure, Triggers);
  • Create and maintain the BI documentation for all processes, including related data dicionariess, design, logic, flowchart, and user manual;
  • Assist in stakeholder management and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Effectively communication issues, actively engage, influence, and work collaboratively as a team player;
  • Experience in largescale data management, warehousing, and relational databases;
  • Knowledge in one of the data analysis programming languages (Python, R);
  • Experience in designing highquality dashboards and reporting service implementation is an asset; and
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Job Specific Duties

  • Assist in the ERP Implementation Project;
  • Deliver and maintain highquality BI Reporting and dashboarding;
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing ERP system performance;
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop valueadded reporting, and provide adhoc data extracts;
  • Assist in maintaining a scalable BI environment that will support current and future business growth;
  • Assist in system implementation and process automation to optimize performance and business intelligence efficiency;
  • Provide daytoday technical support and knowledge sharing; and
  • Any other necessary tasks assigned by the Director of Business Intelligence and Reporting.
