About The Role:


KEV Group is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to act as an administrative and personal assistant to our CEO.

In addition, this individual will oversee the day-to-day management of our North York office and administrative assistance to other members of the ELT on an as-needed basis.


_ Please note, this role will be required to be in-office at our location in North York 5 days a week._

What You'll Do:


  • Effectively and proactively manage the CEO's calendar and their relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Make informed decisions to prioritize and maximize their daily schedule, while identifying and communicating any prioritization issues or conflicts
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including agenda and deck preparation and creation, taking meeting minutes and circulating with senior Executive Team Members to ensuring high degree of transparency, information/data accuracy and aligned communications
  • Manage the North York office, providing general office administrative support including processing invoices, expenses and reimbursements and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate physical office and administrative issues
  • Create, prepare, and organize internal and external correspondence and presentations
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signature for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
  • Alignment of calendars, booking and preparation of rooms, travel and accommodations as required
  • Set up and maintain various reports, running reports and forecasting as well as report consolidation and presentation in various formats
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the other members of the ELT
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:


  • Postsecondary education is required
  • At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite) from both an administrative and personal perspective
  • Previous experience working in a highly confidential and fastpaced environment
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 including Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency
  • Professional, adaptable, resourceful and proactive
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
  • Project management skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
