About The Role:

KEV Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

In this role you will manage schedules, prepare and organize meetings and events, manage incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of the CEO, arrange travel, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations with mínimal direction.

As a proactive problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic working environment the Executive Assistant will play a key role supporting the day-to-day operations for the CEO and ELT as a representative of their office, teams and link between their respective staff, internal and external stakeholders and the public.

The Executive Assistant also oversees the day-to-day management of the Toronto office.


What You'll Do:


  • Effectively manage the CEO's calendar and their relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Make informed decisions to prioritize and maximize their daily schedule, while identifying and communicating any prioritization issues or conflicts
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the other members of the ELT
  • Create, prepare, and organize internal and external correspondence and presentations
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signature for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including agenda and deck preparation and creation, alignment of calendars, booking and preparation of rooms, travel and accommodations as required
  • Set up and maintain various reports, running reports and forecasting as well as report consolidation and presentation in various formats
  • Provides general office administrative support including processing invoices, expenses and reimbursements and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:


  • Postsecondary education is required
  • At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite) and their teams is required
  • Previous experience working in a highly confidential and fastpaced environment
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 including Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency
  • Professional, adaptable, resourceful and proactive
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.

  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
