RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Manager of Finance & Corporate Services the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to the organization in the areas of recruitment & orientation, training & development, labour relations, health & safety, as well as benefits & compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, or a relatedfield.
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- CHRP or CHRL Certification or working towards
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources areas of practice and relevant legislation
- Understanding of HR best practices
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision making skills.
- Proficiency in both official languages is an asset.
SALARY:

Annually, Step 1: $44, Step 5: $56,154.98

Hourly, Step 1: $ Step 5: $30.8544
