Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors
Perform quality control checks to ensure project specifications are met

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, and Civil 3D
Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting construction schematics
Knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
