Oversee the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements
Utilize construction estimating software, such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, to generate detailed cost estimates
Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients
Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management
Provide guidance and support to the estimating team

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in construction estimating, including knowledge of pricing strategies and industry standards
Proficiency in using construction estimating software, such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project documents
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
