Business Development Associate - Toronto, Canada - Stockhouse Publishing
Description
This is a great opportunity for a driven hunter salesperson who has experience in generating leads - you will be part of a successful North American media organization that is dedicated to growing its client base.
Responsibilities:
- Aim to understand the needs and goals of each prospect and facilitate a salesdriven call with the senior team
- Effectively partner with the sales team to develop & test new outreach messaging
- An understanding of the capital markets would be an asset
- A background in digital marketing would be an asset
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales and generating leads
- Able to work comfortably and multitask in a fastpaced team environment
- Independent, energetic, results driven, highly motivated with a positive attitude
- A history of success, a strong work ethic and effective qualifying, problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to perform at a high level of activity and professionalism
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CMS systems preferred
