CWB Welding and Quality Assurance Manager
Day Shift - 4 x 10 Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Salary - Based on experience.

Starting wage dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Stainless steel MIG welding
  • Operate welders, grinders, etc.
  • Operate tank building equipment
  • Provide guidance to employees to maintain CWB and Quality Standards
  • Follow, create, and enforce approved weld settings.
  • Provide leadership and lead by example
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Oversee and participate in warranty projects/trips

Employment requirements:


  • CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate
  • Minimum 7 years welding experience
  • Strong focus on quality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to trouble shoot quality issues and repairs
  • Willingness to learn
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Able to lift 50lbs
