Position Summary:

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the facility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide a leadership role ensuring employee health and safety. Monitor and drive improvements in incident rates.
Execute all preventive & corrective Facility maintenance for the site."
Oversee any problems of material and any relevant technical information to ensure continual improvement of planned work execution.
Execute all assigned work orders for the Facility maintenance.
Ensure that all PM & CM are completed to the highest quality standard compliance, planning accuracy, backlog aging, and budgetary compliance.
Work closely with Utility maintenance, and all Grifols departments, provide open communication with the employees, keep all informed of maintenance activities, progress of jobs, issues.
Address notifications provided by Grifols employees and contractors which relate to Facility maintenance.
Collaborate with the contractors for the maintenance of Grifols assets, work with procurement when required, ensure completion of work satisfied contractual obligations and meet Grifols standards.
Support and comply environmental management system.
Capable of making decisions independently but always inform the manager and owner.

Qualifications:

Must have strong trouble shooting abilities to identify and resolve equipment problems.
Has good mechanical, electrical and automation competencies.
Working knowledge of building automation systems.
Must be able to work with little supervision in a multitask environment.
Should be proactive and results oriented, with strong attention to detail and able to complete work in a timely manner.
Must be a team player, capable of communicating professionally with all levels of personnel.
Grifols is a 24hour per day, 7 days a week operation; and will be required to work off shifts as deemed necessary.
May also be required to be on call, on a rotating basis. Must be able to change shifts or be on call at the request of the manager.
College degree in a technical field or any other combination of qualifications and competencies judged appropriate, vocational certifications, skills trade license.
Must have a minimum of 23 years hands on experience in an industrial/commercial environment. Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry a plus.
SAP Proficiency Preferred
Must lift 50 lbs

Le technicien d'entretien des installations est responsable de l'entretien quotidien du site.

Principales responsabilités en matière de rôle:

Jouer un rôle de leadership en assurant la santé et la sécurité des employés. Surveiller et favoriser l'amélioration des taux d'incidents ;
Exécuter toutes les opérations de maintenance préventive et correctif des installations pour le site ;
Superviser tout problème de matériel et toute information technique pertinente pour assurer l'amélioration continue de l'exécution des travaux prévus ;
Exécuter toutes les demandes de travail attribuées pour la maintenance des installations ;
S'assurer que tous les PM et CM sont réalisés selon les plus hautes normes de qualité en termes de conformité, d'exactitude aux dates planifiées et la conformité budgétaire ;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services et tous les clients internes et externes, assurer une communication ouverte avec les employés, tenir toutes les parties prenantes informées des activités et l'avancement des travaux ;
Aborder les notifications fournies par les employés et les soustraitants de Grifols concernant l'entretien des installations ;
Collaborer avec les entrepreneurs pour l'entretien des actifs de Grifols, travailler avec le service d'approvisionnement lorsque requis, s'assurer que l'achèvement des travaux satisfait les obligations contractuelles et répondent aux normes de Grifols ;
Soutenir et se conformer au système de gestion de l'environnement ;
