We are looking for a passionate, experienced data-driven marketer to join the Home Customer Base Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Base Marketing.

This role will focus on
revenue generation and profitability in the base through End of promotion (EOP) management strategies and base contract strategies.

A large portion of our customers are on promotions and EOP is a key lifecycle moment in our customer base to grow revenue, balance churn and profitability, drive value, and the secure customer base through contract penetration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate, evolve, and execute Home base EOP strategies, end to end (includes opportunity sizing, targeting, segmentation, reporting and analysis, A/B Testing and post implementation reviews)
  • Keep a pulse on the weektoweek EOP results, to tells stories and react with agility where required
  • Generate base revenue while balancing churn to maximize ROI on overall portfolio
  • Develop innovative contract strategies for the base that drive strong penetration in conjunction with profitability
  • Campaign management endtoend, collaborating with cross function groups to execute with excellence, while using learnings to maximize ROI, and foster continuous improvement
  • Craft stories with a beginning (context), middle (results/data) and end (recommendations) rooted in data analytics and customer journeys to present to senior leadership
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on program design, implementation, and execution
  • Ensure that partner teams are well informed on the objectives of each program to ensure greatest impact for inbound as well as outbound activity
  • Work closely with Care channel and ensure frontline is engaged has consistent content, positioning, offers and proactive plan recommendations where required
  • Review program performance proactively to report against objectives and to maximize performance across all channels

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications:


  • Proven analytical abilities in order to interpret data, generate insight, and action against key metrics
  • Intuitive businesscasing ability to backup recommendations and drive financial confidence in ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills that result in effective storytelling
  • Highly organized selfstarter, detailoriented and able to multitask within tight deadlines
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo with innovative customer centric approaches
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for learning and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners through collaboration and open communication
  • Experience with direct tactics (DM, EM, OBTM & Digital) to create marketing programs
  • Advanced/expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, finance or revenue management experience is an asset
