  • Roles & Responsibilities:_
  • Responsible for liaising between outside sales, dealers and internal departments to provide efficient processing of all door/parts sales orders
  • Communicates to inside sales on any late orders
  • Supports the continuous improvement, maintenance and deployment of the Sales process from the Quote Stage to Order Acknowledgement including door/accessory quotes, order entry, freight quotes, drawings, POs, database maintenance, etc.
  • Qualifications:_
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post secondary education in related field an asset
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of the highperformance door industry an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Ability to resolve problems & communicate effectively to customers
  • Well organized, proactive and positive approach in the work place
  • Ability to multitask & meet deadline with mínimal supervision & flexibility
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs (IE. Outlook, Excel, Word)
