TNR Doors is a well-established manufacturer of high-performance industrial doors in Barrie for 20 years, we are located in a central easily accessible location right off highway 400.

We are the world leader in high performance rubber doors with a global customer base.

Shift:
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Starting wages from $20.00/per hour with progressive wage increase to $22.00/hour over 2 years

Signing Bonus after 3 month probationary period

  • Roles & Responsibilities:_
  • Assist in producing world class quality highspeed, highperformance industrial doors
  • Learn to use industry leading equipment to form and assemble doors
  • Ability to read, understand and follow work orders
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met
  • Adhering to safety standards
  • Qualifications:_
  • Ability to read and calculate basic measurements
  • 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred, but not required
  • Able to follow verbal and written work instructions
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in order to produce quality work
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Know how to use hand and power tools
  • Work safely and follow all safety procedures
  • You are versatile and willing to learn different workstations if needed
  • You are comfortable learning new tasks and using different equipment related to your work
  • You have strong work ethic, reliable attendance and are punctual
  • You can work in a fastpaced team environment to meet production targets
