Responsibilities:


Venue Coordination:

Research and secure suitable venues for events, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics such as catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.


Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.


Guest Communication:

Communicate with event attendees, sponsors, and speakers to provide event details, gather RSVPs, and address any inquiries or special requirements.


Administrative Tasks:

Provide general administrative support, including managing event budgets, maintaining guest lists, and preparing event materials such as name tags and agendas.


Post-Event Evaluation:

Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders, compile post-event reports, and analyze event metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning.


Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during event periods.
