As a wealth management assistant, you play a major role supporting the advisor or a team of advisors by performing all administrative and operational tasks for managing the 360° offer, including securities investments.
You have the leadership required to handle your members' and clients' requests, track and process their day-to-day transactions, and resolve administrative situations while meeting our high quality standards.
You coordinate and prepare discussions between your members and clients, their wealth management advisors and their expert partners.Your close, regular contact with members and clients require you to be proactive and be able to anticipate future events.
You take appropriate action and monitor the situation of your members and clients; interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
Your actions are designed to meet the needs of members and clients while also focusing on their full satisfaction and business growth.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities- Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings. Open accounts, fill out forms and complete securities transactions as directed by advisors.- Handle requests for information, conduct research as needed and propose solutions tailored to members' and clients' needs.- Help produce reports and statistics, and prepare related documents.

Qualification- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Approved by IIROC as a registered representative- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
