  • Overview of the Role
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, Human Resources Québec, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for promoting the Company culture and values, all activities related to recruitment and selection, communication, employee benefits, training and development, health and safety, and employee/labor relations for our Warehouses in Saint-Laurent and Boucherville.
  • How you will make contributions that matter:
  • Act as an HR business partner for managers, supervisors and personnel on policies, procedures and practices pertaining to human resources, benefits and safety;-
  • Support the 2 Warehouse Managers as an HR business partner;-
  • Establish HR priorities ensure alignment with the Canadian Division;-
  • Champion the Saputo Culture to all levels of employees;-
  • Lead and carry out various projects related to HR ;-
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management. A CHRP designation would be an asset;-
  • 5 to 7 Years Human Resource Generalist experience;-
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, an asset;-
  • Dependable and team oriented with a history of being able to work independently;-
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;-
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken);-
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Our story began in Canada in 1954, when the Saputo family's hard work and dedication created a thriving dairy business.
