The Solo Mailing Product Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a specific project involving the production, distribution, and tracking of Solo Cards and Solo Flyers.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with deadlines. The coordinator will ensure efficient coordination between the bindery staff, inventory management, and administrative tasks.


SCHEDULE:

8 hour schedule:
Monday to Friday from 7:00am
  • 3:30pm

AS A SOLO MAILING PRODUCT COORDINATOR, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

  • Serving as the dedicated point person for the Solo Mailing project, responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish
  • Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met-
  • Overseeing the cataloging, tracking, and maintenance of inventory related to the Solo Mailing project-
  • Providing administrative assistance to support the overall operation of the business

  • Reviewing job tickets with Bindery operators to gain a strong understanding of job specific requirements-
  • Moving skids of products from the Press area to various Bindery Equipment-
  • Setting-up work areas for specific jobs while bringing in required supplies and material-
  • Operating basic bindery machinery and performing bindery operations such as assembly, collating,-
  • Inspecting books for defects at the end of the production line-
  • Removing defective products as required-
  • Advising Bindery operators of recurring defects in material or equipment operation-
  • Moving finished product to next process as required-
  • Practicing safety protocols while consistently maintaining a clean work area
  • WE BELIEVE IN TEAM SAFETY AND WELL BEINGYOU CAN EXCEL AS A SOLO MAILING PRODUCT COORDINATOR IF YOU HAVE:
  • A completion of secondary education and/or equivalent-
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software and programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word-
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English-
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, such as documentation and data entry-
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes-
  • Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines and deliver projects on time-
  • Experience in general labour; preferred-
  • Experience in hand bindery-
  • The ability to lift up to 35 pounds with a strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination-
  • A high level of attention to detail and quality consciousness-
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions procedures and work with mínimal supervision-
  • Strong motivation and the ability to work in a fast paced environmentMonday to Friday from 7:00am
  • 3:30pm
