WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

Complete the necessary paperwork to recover associated costs from our vendor partners
Accurate and timely data entry of warehouse records, printing of reports and distributing to appropriate parties
Repairing and returning damaged product to a saleable status
Enhancing quality of outgoing product and reducing nonsaleable inventory
Quality of product handled, opened, serviced, touchedup, repaired is exceptional
Actively participating in quality initiatives throughout the warehouse including strict adherence to SOPs
All work areas maintained in clean, organized, and safe condition
Warehouse duties when not performing repair duties

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
Could be called upon to fill in for Outside Repair Technician
May be assigned duties requiring operation of a company vehicle, supported by valid G licence
Direct dealings with the public experience preferred
Skilled in or willing to be trained for operation of forklift equipment and to operate same
Skilled at and willing to accept training in properly lifting heavy or awkward objects on a regular basis
Operating knowledge of computer and office equipment
Valid G licence with clean drivers abstract.
Availability to work a fulltime retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
