MORE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


  • Accurately move, split, and report as finished batches and raw materials in the ERP system.
  • Audit ERP locations (processes) for material discrepancies and ensure real time accuracy.
  • Release and start work orders in the ERP system to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
  • Label and prepare all RTS material properly. Complete RTS transfers on the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure that RTS are put away in a timely manner.
  • Complete paperwork recording inventory transfers and transactions
  • Promote safety in the work area by assisting others and keeping aisles clear and the work area free of debris.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to request raw materials necessary for production runs.
  • Ensure all batching paperwork is turned in to quality systems properly completed.
  • Assist the batching team with moving materials and disposing of waste.
  • Ability to perform the duties of a batcher or batch assistant when necessary.

MUST HAVES:


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a warehouse facility required; food manufacturing warehouse facility and using an ERP is an asset.
  • Can read, write and speak English.
