Qualifications:

35 years experience in a finance role
Education is considered an asset in the field of business/finance/accounting or related field
Familiar using accounting software
Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to take initiative with excellent communication skills
Criminal record check required

Responsibilities:

Preparing Biweekly and Monthly Payroll and Remittances efficiently and on time.
Preparing and customizing accurate invoices and accruals for each account and client within assigned deadlines.
Paying company invoices and contractors in a timely manner.
Maintaining client, project, and budget information.
Preparing, verifying, and closing purchase orders.
Maintaining historical records by filing documents, maintaining an orderly system, and assembling information for external auditors.
Providing clerical support including preparing reports and performing other administrative duties.
Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive information.
Communicating with clients or onsite personnel effectively and professionally.
Demonstrating high attention to detail, strong analytic and problemsolving skills, and ability to multi task.
