Sprung Studios is looking for a Participant Coordinator to join our UX Research team in Vancouver, BC


Responsibilities

  • Handle logistics for onsite and virtual testing, including participant recruitment and scheduling lab availability.
  • Be the first point of contact when participants arrive onsite.
  • Assist with campaigns to grow the participant database.
  • Maintain and update the participant database.
  • Notetake during playtest interviews.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and interviewing.
  • Indepth knowledge of games user research methods, particularly qualitative ones
  • A keen gamer, up to date with game trends across all platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, a passion for process is a plus.
  • Quick typing skills (70+ wpm)

Nice to Have

  • Aptitude for quantitative data analysis.
  • Previous experience with recruitment, community management, or marketing.
  • Past experience with games user research.

Salary:
Dependent on experience


This is not a remote position.
We are working in the studio with a hybrid model. Everyone will be in the studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are a work-from-home option.
