Description

As the Store Manager, you have a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of Strathroy Tire. We are seeking a natural leader with industry experience to guide the team.

Responsibilities:

Tire Knowledge and experience is required
Overall performance of the store (day to day operations)
Manager daily activities of the store/shop floor
Manage staff

- arriving on time for shifts
- working safely/diligently
- producing quality work

Assist in development of appropriate training for staff.
Ensure training is completed
Manage/schedule customers needs and appointments
Manage inventory levels
Build relationships with customers
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years Managing experience
Industry experience
Ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
Ability to maintain a superior customer satisfaction level and ratings
A solid understanding of retail and wholesale finance
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
Must be organized, responsible, and able to abide by all relevant safety requirements
Must have the ability to work under pressure and multitask

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
