This position is for a
Tuesday to Saturday shift schedule and can be domiciled at either our Kelowna or Prince George Terminal
.

Requirements:

High School diploma; courses in Business Administration or a related field, with one (1) years' experience in an office environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Freight Industry experience preferred.
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred.
Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia.
Intermediate level use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
Advanced level typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals and objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Positive attitude that communicates job related issues with a constructive, problem solving approach.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in order to be effective in requesting and delivering information.
Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, problem solve and be attentive to details.
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.
