WeCook is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the food industry. We are an innovative company that pioneered the creation of a prepared meal solution back in 2012 and have been growing ever since. Our mission is to help people adopt a healthy and balanced diet and save them time every week by cooking healthy meals for them.


SUMMARY


Reporting to the executive vice-president and cofounder, the Influence Marketing Specialist aims to constantly develop the visibility of WeCook through digital media and other online presence, through various partnerships with key ambassadors and influencers.

This new team member is genuinely charismatic, demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is able to conclude agreements and collaborations that will bring the brand to another level.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a recruitment strategy to reach out to key ambassadors on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for the Quebec and Ontario area.
  • Design and implement a referralbase ambassador program.
  • Review and manage membership requests from potential ambassadors.
  • Animate the ambassador pool by coordinating all activities related to the program, answering all questions and requests in addition to developing performance incentives.
  • Create partnerships with digital media (blogs, podcasts, forums, etc.) and with public personalities (actors, athletes, comedians, show hosts, etc.).
  • Negotiate agreements with artist and influencer agencies in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Support the development of viral campaigns to increase the presence of the brand on every media.
  • Contact various collaborators in a friendly, warm, unique, and distinguished manner and maintain those relationships and collaborations.
  • Constantly look for new ways to increase the company's visibility.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in communication or marketing, an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience working on social media campaigns.
  • Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns within the paid media industry of branded content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok
  • Bilingualism French/English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Social dexterity, spectacular interpersonal skills, diplomacy.
  • Creativity, curiosity and ability to find innovative ways to improve the brand awareness.
  • Proactivity, ability to organize and optimize work by prioritizing tasks in an efficient manner.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset that will help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Desire to flourish in a fastpaced and constantly evolving environment.
