Description
To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Team Lead for our Kindersley, SK location.
As a Service Team Lead you will manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing.
You will work with the Service Manager to maintain a high labour performance through increasing service labour sales and technician productivity, while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction rating.
