Maintenance Associate
This position is FULL TIME.

Competitive industry wage/salary.

DPSP Investment Program after three months.

  • Janitorial duties; garbage removal, moping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, changing lights
  • Maintain outdoor spaces; watering plants, trimming weeds, sweeping/blowing, leaves, snow, salt etc.
  • Grease and graffiti cleanup on outdoor spaces
  • Window cleaning
  • Small drywall patches
  • Paint and stain
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Ladders/Scaffold
  • Heights
  • Confined Spaces
  • Rooftops
  • Heavy Lifting
  • Hand Tools/Power Tools
  • Lockout/Tagout
  • WHMIS Chemicals
  • Biohazardous Waste
  • Can follow simple and precise instructions
