People development through training new and current employees
Ensure profitability of location
Exemplary hospitality leadership
Setting a high standard for cleanliness and organization
Administrative work (inventory, scheduling, invoicing, ordering)
Collaborating with the Autostrada leadership team to ensure highquality food and guest experience.
Improving frontofhouse operations based on feedback
Recruitment of new team members
