Leadership Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of our core values
- People development through training new and current employees
- Ensure profitability of location
- Exemplary hospitality leadership
- Setting a high standard for cleanliness and organization
- Administrative work (inventory, scheduling, invoicing, ordering)
- Collaborating with the Autostrada leadership team to ensure highquality food and guest experience.
- Improving frontofhouse operations based on feedback
- Recruitment of new team members
Leadership Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of and ability to impact labour costs
- Great attitude
- Open availability
- Coachable and accountable
- Calm and positive under pressure
- Collaborative
Salary:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
