Restaurant Bookkeeper


Locations: 3 Locations in Vancouver


About Us:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Bookkeeper to join our enthusiastic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday financial transactions for all 3 restaurant locations.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal financial regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
