Description
Job Duties include
- Create, sort and manage correspondence
- Reporting
- Coordinate calendars, schedules and travel
- Filing and other administrative support such as data entry, answering the phone, photocopying and organizing binders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is considered an asset
- 35 years of experience
- Ability to lift and carry files and boxes of supplies
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization skills
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
