ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Conducts research, develops standards and methodologies for business analysis activities based on industry standards and best practices- Leads the business and technology teams in the business requirements gathering activities - organizes and lead business and system process reviews, engage business clients to elicit business requirements, uncover areas for improvement, conduct gap analysis and collaboratively participate in the development of effective solutions to address program objectives, and prepares recommendations for PATH management.
What You Bring- Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large system and business transformational projects with data conversion is an asset and/or 5+ years of recent hands-on experience working on large scope multidivisional projects, specifically involving defined benefit pension plans.
