Job Description:


OVERVIEW OF ROLE


As a member of our Information Technology Team, you will provide project management and technical team leadership for the design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance and integration of multiple, concurrent and large-scale information technology systems solution strategies and projects to meet critical client business requirements across FSRA.

You will bring seasoned skills and experience using.
NET8 with C# and TypeScript, React, Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD.


Additional duties will include:

  • Developing project plans and systems methodologies, identifying and acquiring the necessary resource requirements and funding, and managing the complete life cycle and plan to ensure targets are met.
  • Overseeing all areas of project management including product fit analysis, product acquisition, systems integration, customization, conversion, user training, process control, negotiating priorities and production schedules, monitoring project progress and reviewing quality of work to ensure high standards are met by each project team.
  • Leading the development and implementation of project management and control processes, performance measures, benchmarking and quality assurance and quality control standards methods and techniques. Such as OWASP top ten standards, peer code review, BURP scan, writing unit tests, perform functional, integration, performance testing
  • Develops business cases for the acquisition of fee for service IT consultants and managing the procurement process.
  • Ensure adherence to AODA requirements

Qualifications:

Specialized Knowledge and Experience- Demonstrated knowledge of the business systems life cycle and process modelling and design techniques, principles and methods and systems development methodologies and tools to plan and manage large scale, multi-year, and high value IT projects for the development of systems solutions to meet critical client business requirements within an Agile environment

Skills:

  • Proven project management and team leadership skills to coordinate the development of technical project plans, control project processes, and provide technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven oral and written communication, advisory and customer service skills to manage stakeholder relations, promote innovative IT solutions and foster cooperation among clients.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, research and assess appropriate business systems issues and needs and to determine optimum systems solution to meet user needs.
