Wages
:
$40 per year+ commission 10-15% depending on the experience

Deliverables:
- Identify prospective clients through targeted lead research within an assigned market.
- Meet sponsorship sales targets for individual events, contributing to overall revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project/Program Managers to establish earned revenue goals for each project.
- Perform sales forecast activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies to maximize outreach and impact.
- Meet with key clients, assist sales staff, maintain & foster relationships, negotiate and close deals.
- Work in conjunction with the Project/Program teams to ensure deliverables to new partners are met
- Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and contribute to product strategies.
- Prepare monthly sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas.
- Sell educational programs to potential students, respond to inquiries from potential students on various educational institutions and programs, and identify appropriate programs to meet these goals.
- Be responsible for the following and other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the organization.
- Interview potential students to explore backgrounds and interests and identify individual career goals; advise on appropriate programs to meet their goals.
- Complete enrollment of students, including related paperwork, and provide information on payment options and others.
- Maintain records to track and follow up on potential leads, motivate and encourage potential students as appropriate.
- Track and report on weekly activities (i.e., leads, appointments, interviews, enrollment)
- Provide ongoing coaching/motivation to students to support success in the program.
- Plan and participate in various events such as Open Houses and Information Sessions, invite set numbers of students, and informative workshops (in person and online).
- Manage the relationship with University Partners (sponsorship packages) by establishing clear communication and performing continuous followups to accomplish the contract agreements.
Requirements and Skills
- Exceptional English communication and editing skills, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset
- Being detailoriented and excellent organizational management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, pay attention to detail, and maintain accurate records
- Experience in sales sponsorship for nonprofits organizations 2 years
- Experience with Click up is an asset
