Overview:


Our growing Maintenance function and team is located by our Corporate Office at Toronto Pearson Airport where we operate out of three hangars in addition to our two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) locations in Kitchener/Waterloo and Simcoe.

We continue to scale our operations to meet the needs of our current and growing customer base. Our employees have the opportunity to work on a variety of different aircraft performing a wide array of tasks.


The Role:

***As the Stores Clerk, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the store's room, including shipping and receiving of aircraft parts, inventory tracking and control, tool tracking and assignments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


What you will do:


  • Administer the assignments of aircraft parts, tools and maintenance equipment and validate all certifications and documentation to match received parts.
  • Support inventory activities including maintaining records within the inventory maintenance system.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe storeroom working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members across Maintenance to support their ability to access the right parts, tools and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Pick up, deliver and ship parts as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes to meet and exceed service expectations and create efficiencies.

What you bring:


  • Minimum high school diploma, postsecondary education preferred
  • Two years experience working in a store's room, inventory, warehousing, shipping or receiving
  • Valid G class driver's license and clear Driving Record with the ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area using the company vehicle
  • Ability to attain security clearance for airport environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 Kg
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative teamplayer
  • Resultsoriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation largely with internal stakeholders with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

Hours of work:

Rotational shifts from 6 am to 6 pm on a 554-rotation model
