- Learn and develop within a team dedicated to the well-being of Reliance and its clientele.
- Hold required qualifications such as completing a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Possess a Gas Technician '2' (G2) license.
- Possess an Air Conditioning Mechanic certificate of qualification (C of Q) (Ontario – 313D).
- Have an Ozone Depletion Prevention certificate (ODP).
- Hold at least a Class G Driver's License.
- Be open to working varying shifts and on-call duties as necessary.
- Be capable of advancing through all levels of this role.
- Be physically fit to carry out all responsibilities.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in generating HVAC leads and enrolling customers in service plans is an advantage.
