As a Credit Risk Data Analyst you will be tasked with optimizing the credit authorization process by researching and analyzing complex data in order to recommend the most suitable strategy to deliver our Corporate goals in accordance with the Risk Appetite. You will advise and assist partners as part of development initiatives. You will communicate the outcome of various analyses and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of the Credit Risk line of work. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of Collabria's line of business. You are fluent with the use of data
- crunching methodologies and associated technologies. Coordination is critical, so you will frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is also essential.

More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable insight into business performance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of decisions through descriptive analysis and identifying areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with cross
- functional teams to understand business objectives and identify data-driven solutions and opportunities
  • Carry out projects and initiatives related to Credit Risk Management
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine targeted outcomes

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience- Strong SQL experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.- Data Management knowledge- Knowledge of best practices using SAS, Power BI, CHS- For vacant positions in Quebec, knowledge of French is required- Proficient speaker, complete proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
