GardaWorld, a global leader in security and risk management, is looking for a Campaign Manager to develop and execute innovative B2B marketing campaigns that align with our strategic growth objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in our Global Marketing Team, working alongside various specialists to craft campaigns that drive our business forward.

A masterful campaign manager and collaborative project leader, you have a flair for orchestrating complex marketing campaigns that engage B2B audiences and drive measurable growth.

With a talent for integrating cross-functional efforts, you possess the vision to align diverse teams towards common goals.


Your mission


To manage and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients and prospects, directly contributing to the company's growth and strengthening our position in the market.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the endtoend B2B marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with the growth objectives set by the Director of Growth Marketing.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Foster collaboration across a multidisciplinary team, including paid media, social media, design, marketing operations, platform owners, data analysts and sales to name a few.
  • Gather information to effectively brief the team, resulting in higher productivity and faster gotomarket.
  • Utilize Asana for robust project management, keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders engaged.
  • Analyze campaign performance data in partnership with data analysts (amongst others), refining strategies for optimization and impact.
  • Ensure a consistent and powerful brand message across all campaign elements (sales enablement tools, videos, pdf, banners, etc.), in line with our global marketing strategy.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, including the Director of Growth Marketing, to ensure campaigns are aligned with growth objectives and stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Use your brand and digital expertise to highlight all experiences across our different touchpoints that put the customer experience at risk.

Required Qualifications
-
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management, specifically within a B2B setting.

Project Management Proficiency: Solid experience with project management tools like Asana, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns.


Skills and Abilities Required

Leadership: Though not directly managing a large team, the ability to influence and guide project teams towards common goals is essential.

Good Communicator: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Fully bilingual as the role will require daily interactions with international teams. Must be able to work in a French environment.

Team Spirit: Good-natured collaborator who communicates clearly and has a willingness to work cross functionally.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to pivot and adapt strategies as needed.
