Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee and manage a team of workers, including assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, materials used, and labor hours
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
  • Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet project deadlines

Salary:
$23.00-$30.00 per hour
