Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Oversee and manage a team of workers, including assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project timelines
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, materials used, and labor hours
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Proficient in using construction management software and tools
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet project deadlines
