Nature & Scope
The Business Analyst is a full-time position reporting to the General Manager, Business
Administration & Customer Care. The Business Analyst will work directly with Salesforce,
Power BI, or Excel to analyze data sets from internal departments, namely Childcare,
Employment and Immigrant Services, Camps, HFA, Philanthropy, Marketing &
Communications to provide senior leaders with business metrics, key performance
indicators and insights to support forecasting and the strategic planning process.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to present accurate & timely business
information to various Association teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather, audit, and import information from
multiple systems and databases.

  • Analyze and interpret data to spot discrepancies, anticipate questions, offer insight,
and recommend strategies for business improvements.

  • Assemble daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual report packages for various internal
audiences as required.

Qualifications:


  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business
administration, or related fields

  • Postsecondary education in accounting, business, statistics, or other related
discipline

  • Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
  • Must be able to maintain quality of work and at the same time meet multiple
deadlines as required
