Rollins Machinery, a lower mainland-based equipment company, is currently looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of
_Service Writer_ - based out of our Head Office in Langley BC.

Job Summary
Rollins is currently looking for a Service Writer to assist with an active service shop consisting of Heavy-Duty mechanics. Working closely with the Service Manager, the Service Writer will assist with the day-to-day Service Department operations;

Coordinating the completion of service Work Orders through dispatch of service technicians
Scheduling jobs and organizing technician's workload
Service job estimate building and invoicing
Complete warranty documentation and submission in an accurate and timely manner, following up on payments.
Reconcile all warranty AR
Follow dispute/challenge process for short paid warranty (solicit support from Service Supervisor & Manager)
Ensure monthly invoices are closed
Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Positive and professional communication with customers and team members
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills
Superb customer service skills and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a close team environment
