Description

Responsibilities

Grow topline revenue with existing and new customers
Foster customercentric relationships and track progress as customers move through the sales pipeline
Maintain and enhance relationships and convey the Company's value/offerings
Develop and maintain a competitive assessment and strategic positioning plan
Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
Guide, coach, and support the Sales department
Ensure that the sales territory meets or exceeds volume/revenue/contribution objectives
Develop sales strategies to increase business

Required Education, Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of previous sales experience is preferred
An understanding of the equipment sector that Rollins represents is considered an asset
A compelling & tactful negotiator with the ability to create mutual wins
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to persuade and lead
Ability to work flexible hours
Excellent customer relationship skills
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
A current driver's license is required

Rollins is continually looking to expand on our local footprint here in BC. We recently added the Kelowna branch to complement our existing locations in Langley, Chilliwack and Chemainus.
