Responsible for coordinating and supporting the monitoring and management of health service accountability and performance.

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Leads coordination of the SAA agreements with other members of the team
  • Assists with the multiyear monitoring, stakeholder engagement and legal compliance for SAA agreements
  • Provides first drafts of key documents including briefing notes, letters and board presentations
  • Assists the team in working with providers to ensure high quality data submissions. This requires working directly with agencies on submissions, understanding technical specifications,
and continuous interaction

  • Assists with the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management through the identification and assessment of key system and provider risks. Works to ensure that risks are managed consistent with ERM guidelines
  • Supports the creation, development, implementation and maintenance of information scorecards (excel, access, webbased). Key support for the balanced scorecard and works with suppliers on establishing and monitoring work plans, working with staff on search and query definitions, and managing updates as data needs change
  • Assists with the planning, work plans and implementation of key corporate committees, including Quality Guidance Council and Local Partnership
  • Backup for Performance Accountability Funding Allocation team and other teams as required
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need to be successful:
Education and Experience

  • Graduation from a recognized postsecondary institution with a degree, diploma, or certificate in administration, business management or other appropriate course
Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully planning, executing and managing projects
  • Demonstrated experience and certification in quality improvement methodologies such as LEAN/Six Sigma
  • Experience in responding quickly to emerging issues and priorities
  • Excellent, demonstrated communications skills (written and oral) to effectively communicated with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze and resolve office administrative and procedural problems, interpret policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform advanced mail merges, create tables, create complex formulas, and develop dynamic presentations
  • Success in working in small, knowledgebased teams
