Description
We are seeking an organized 1 or 2 person team to assume the role of a full-time Superintendent, reporting to the Property Manager.
As a strategic member of our team, you will have the following proven technical knowledge and skills:- Self-starter
- Detail oriented
- Excellent cleaning skills
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical an asset
- Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
- Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
- Experience in similar role required
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
Salary for a single super 30k plus apt
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
