Leasing Agent - Toronto, Canada - amelin property management
Description
We are looking for aLeasing Agent / Site Administrator. This will be a full-time live out position in our main office located at 155 Balliol St, Toronto.
Responsibilities include
- Answering incoming calls on multiline telephones and referring inquiries.
- Showing units currently available for rent
- Filing (manual & electronic)
- General office duties
- Greet all guests and residents, professionally and courteously as well as assisting with any requests and inquiries
- Conduct building walks to inspect all rooms for any issues, inspect all access points, exterior property, and garage for safety and security
- Assist with resident move in and incoming unit inspections/tours
- Assist residents with booking building amenities
- Collect maintenance requests, rental payments and all resident notices
- Log and record all resident complaints, prepare and distribute building notices
- Provide access to all trades visiting the property including but not limited to, signing out building keys
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Ability to meet deadlines proficiently;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Yardi, MS Word, Excel and an asset
- Excellent team player
- Ability to take direction
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
