About the role:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will participate in an agile Marketing team and contribute to the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and assets.

This role will collaborate with the marketing team and business partners to deliver and launch marketing materials. You're energetic, organized, love all things digital and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

Manage the digital publishing process for various team projects on multiple Sun Life websites. This would include marketing collateral, website content updates and uploading online assets.
Collaborate with internal team of designers, writers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch of digital marketing campaigns.
Manage the digital marketing shelf brochure inventory: maintain records of changes, print requests and product updates to marketing material.
Work with external vendors to ensure that our marketing collateral meets Accessibility Ontario Disability Act (AODA) requirements.
Provide solutions and recommendations regarding marketing asset inquiries from business partners and advisors.
Demonstrate initiative to improve internal processes and procedures.
Communicate with crossfunctional teams.

What do you need to succeed?

Postsecondary education in marketing, business, communicationrelated field
2+ years of experience in marketing promotion role
Very strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
You thrive on small details and have the ability to prioritize tasks from numerous projects simultaneously.
Compile and record metrics from multiple websites.
Excellent relationship building skills; must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization.
Proficient at adapting to changing tools and platforms in the work environment.
Sound understanding of the principles of digital marketing compliance such as CASL and AODA.

Preferred Skills:

Wrike Platform experience
Bilingual (English/French)
Previous experience working in financial/insurance services
