**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE


LOCATION:
BARRIE, ONTARIO**
TYPE:FULL-TIME


SUMMARY OF POSITION:


The Accounts Receivable Associate will be focused primarily on the collection of outstanding invoices and conducting credit reviews in a timely manner, and in alignment with internal accounting department procedures.


JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or related position

  • Accounting or Business Administration diploma considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite as well as accounting software/ERP
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy
  • Strong analytical skills with proven attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Creative problem solving and a positive attitude
  • Able to work effectively in a fastpaced, highvolume environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:


  • Complete all collections processes for designated portfolio in alignment with established procedures and timelines
  • Post bank deposits and petty cash
  • Prepare reports for outstanding AR and provide to Management team
  • Process repair and storage liens and discharges
  • Analyze and address internal invoicing issues
  • Other Accounting assignments as requested
