Accounts Payable Administrator to join our
Regional Accounting Team at in Mississauga (401 & Dixie Road)

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all inter company expenses/payments
  • Processing daytoday accounts payable transactions to ensure that corporate finances are maintained in an effective and accurate manner
  • Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions
  • Processing of invoices according to standard operating procedures, ensuring payments are supported according to established payment policies
  • Process AP
  • Assist in monthly financial reports
  • Processing expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller
  • Daily Bank Deposit
  • Daily Cash clearing accounts and keep cash clearing schedule uptodate
  • Issuing ondemand cheques
  • Posting payable invoices and running monthly A/P cheque run
  • Posting parts invoices
  • Analyze and followup on A/R accounts, send documents for approvals on credit limit and verify customer documents with cross referencing
  • Post funding details
  • Payout vehicles
  • Assist in monthend duties as needed
  • Filing and Reconciling vendor statements
  • Reconciling vendor statements

Qualifications:


  • Experience with AP
  • 12 years of dealership experience preferred
  • Familiar with CDK and oneeighty software
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
